Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your case must be brought forward to our support team through the mobile application itself. Several cases are there where a user could wish to get refund but here’s a list of cases that would be entertained by company itself, under company’s policy. They are as follows:

  1. No Match Error - Just in case user enters any contest after submitting the entry fee & contest ends (since the contest are live for a definite period of time everyday), user’s wallet will get auto-updated after the maintenance period of our platform.
    (Note- this would happen only if the user wasn’t able to play any match after joining the contest & contest ended)
  2. User can always FUSE after completion of 4 matches. (For Multi-Stage contests) - If user was able to play matches but wasn’t able to FUSE under any circumstances, the entry fee for that particular contest would be refunded (i.e. auto-updated into the wallet) to the user, after the maintenance period. Hence we request users to FUSE whenever the application asks them to.
    To complete your refund, we require a proof of unexpected error.

  3. Refunds (if applicable)

    We have provided a “Customer Support” option under the Profile section (placed at the left top corner along-with the user profile picture) within the application for our users so as to resolve the queries faster & better. Screenshots are allowed within the application interface for ease of both, the user & our support team.

    Users are requested to take screenshots (if possible) whenever any unexpected error arises. Though our team too will keep a track of each errors but mutual support from our beloved users will helps us to resolve the issue faster & much better

    Unexpected errors can be but not limited to- company’s server not responding, questions not coming, answers not showing etc. (could be updated under company’s board resolution)

    Whenever such case arises, users are requested to contact the Customer Support through the option provided & explain the issue well. Using the Customer Support user can either use WhatsApp, E-mail or even Telegram to report the issue. Our team would look into the matter & revert to the user within 24 to 48 working hours. If the error found tends to be technical & due to company’s server malfunctioning, user would get the refund amount credited into the application wallet.

    Just in case, if the error arises due to calls or signal disconnection, user won’t be credited with the refund amount since the application is designed keeping these common situations in mind. Application would wait for a definite period of time (i.e. 30 seconds) for input from the user under these common circumstances (unexpected incoming calls, closing the application mistakenly or intentionally & other related conditions.)

    Once your refund is initiated, we will send you an email to notify the case.

    Users are requested to keep a check of their rankings while playing Multi-Stage contests (₹ 50 & ₹ 30) so as to be aware about how many matches they should win to be among the top three rankers.
